Collaboration During Coronavirus

Are you as ready as we are for these challenging times to be over and for COVID-19 to be a thing of the past? Despite much of the situation we face together being out of our control, we are trying our best to support you and your business as the world continues to grapple with the effects of the global pandemic. In the past few months, we’ve expanded our Technical Support to an office in Barcelona to help provide coverage for our international Partners and customers.  We also released cPanel & WHM Version 88 in the spring with a slew of new features and updates you’ve been waiting for. We are just getting started with our continued product updates and have more to come in 2020 as we work collaboratively with other WebPros companies and our Partners to bring you new tools for your hosting business. 

Where we started

During the early stages of the global pandemic, we talked about how we were all Coming Together During COVID-19 and suggested ways to Create Connections During Quarantine.  Our cPanel family is still here to support you and your business during these unprecedented events, and have continued to provide uninterrupted service and operations to our cPanel Partners and customers. We understand and value our role and the responsibility we have to provide quality services to our customers, colleagues, and community. 

Continuing Remote Support Across the Company

cPanel employees continue to work remotely and will continue to do so until we know it is safe for our teams to return to the office. We have all had to make adjustments to this new normal. While our dress code was always casual before, the latest unofficial uniform seems to be cPanel t-shirts and basketball shorts, because let’s face the reality that Houston is too hot for pajamas in the summer.  Jeans or khaki pants and lace-up shoes are a thing of the past as we embrace the benefits of working from home, though the t-shirts haven’t changed much.

Staying Safe in Uncertain Times

We continue to follow the World Health Organization’s guidelines for COVID-19 and hope you will join us and do your part as well. WHO’s website has reliable information on how to stay safe, updates according to location, and trusted guidance moving forward. We also encourage our employees to follow local mask ordinances to help prevent the spread of the virus.
